I absolutely love attending yoga classes! The environment is so friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect space for all abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced, there's no judgement. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and motivated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and inclusive yoga experience!

Christine's yoga class is warm, friendly and so relaxing. I leave each session feeling so chilled and calm and always have an amazing deep sleep at night! I've learnt so much about the power of breath work and it's really impacting my wellbeing.

Myself and my friend have recently started attending Christine’s Wednesday evening yoga classes. After having a really hard time with severe anxiety I decided I wanted to try something new. I’m finding the classes really helpful, educational and fun. My friend and I always manage to have a laugh but I do also feel the stretching and various movements we do beneficial.
