Workplace Support and Workshops
Employees have considered wellbeing a key lifestyle factor since Covid. The ONS report on Personal Wellbeing in the UK, April 2022 to March 2023 says that ratings of personal wellbeing in the UK declined over the period. Factors included environmental concerns, the cost of living crisis and the perceived burden of moving from home to office working (including increased commuting and childcare costs).
An assessment of mental health risks and a robust wellbeing programme supported by compassionate leadership will make you an employer of choice. You and your leadership team will feel confident supporting neurodivergent individuals. It will also fulfil employer responsibilities from the Health and Safety Executive's perspective.
